How do the classes work?

Book your class and arrive 5 minutes early for a guided warm-up. A coach will set you up with an iPad and a station, where your personalised workout, exercises, sets, and reps are tracked through our app. Simply follow the prompts while your coach oversees, instructs, and adjusts your movements as needed.

What kind of training do you do?

We don’t enforce any type of training on our members. The best program is the one you’ll enjoy and stick with. Our coaching blends strength, athletic, power, and aerobic training, tailored to your fitness level, goals, and lifestyle..

Do I need to train 6-7 days a week to see results?

Absolutely not! Not only do you not need to train 7 days a week, but doing so often leads to overtraining, or it means your sessions aren’t intense enough to be effective. Science shows that 10–20 sets per muscle group per week is the ideal range for hypertrophy. Going beyond that offers little to no additional benefit. Instead, focus on 2–3 quality sessions per week; they’ll deliver far better results.

What if I’m a newbie?

No problem at all! We’ll start you at your own pace, teach you the basics step by step, and make sure you feel confident with every movement. Your program will be tailored to your fitness level, and our coaches will guide, correct, and support you through each session so you can progress safely and effectively, no matter your starting point.

How does the booking work?

All classes are booked through our mobile app, ensuring class sizes within the 1:6 coach-to-member ratio, so you get the best coaching experience. We run early morning and afternoon sessions on weekdays, plus Saturday mornings. You can book and move sessions as you need, because we know flexibility is key to staying consistent with your training.
